When I started thinking about starting home business years ago, I had always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. Something that would help make some extra cash to pay the bills and make life easier. The problem… I was not about to start over AGAIN working for someone else. I was tired of building someone else’s dream and not being in control of my own future. I was 40 years old at the time, and was beginning to feel that it may be too late to start the business I had always dreamed about. I didn’t know exactly what that business was, but I did always think about what the perfect business would give me… A better income, quality time to spend with my family and friends, and do the things that create meaning and value for me. A business that would look after my family’s financial needs.
So, I began to look for a business that could give me all of those things. And I prayed that once I found it…I would enjoy whatever the business, or in my case, the businesses that turned out to be my destiny.
I thought my choices were limited because I lacked a specialized training in running an online business. So – I looked at franchising. I looked into starting my own business in my home town, but lacked the capital to get started. I even thought about trying to actually invent an idea, or product, or business of my own! Every time…I came up empty.
Then…I got introduced to network marketing, well guess what, it was a hassle and did not seem to work, having to bug friends and family members to the point where they avoided you.
I think people are really sick of MLMs, and network marketing. I was open to looking at almost anything. I joined many different money making “opportunities” on the internet. I made a couple of bucks here and there, but not a steady income. I really was weary with all of the hype, and tired of hearing about the next big “opportunity”.
I just wanted something I could work hard at, and make an honest second income, with a good potential to grow, the harder I worked. It was by chance that I found just that, and in the past few years I have made a really good second income.
I will show you how to do the same. There are many ways to make money, and the internet has opened vast opportunities for those who can focus and build.
This blog is dedicated to the most profitable online business ventures that I have found to be consistant cash generators. I got started in online business just by chance back in 1997, it all really started with an online auction site called eBay, a site just about everyone has heard of and probably used at one time or another.
Let me start by telling you how I got started in online marketing;
One Saturday my Wife and I stopped at a neighborhood garage sale and picked up some neat things for a good price. I had made my first purchase ever, the week before on Ebay, and the transaction was very smooth. This got me thinking…, I had heard about people making good money on eBay and decided to give it a try myself. I did some research, I spent a few bucks on some good reference material, and then I got started. I was excited once I discovered the true income potential that was there. “Example”, one of the first few items that I listed on Ebay was a paper Japanese lamp that I bought at a Garage sale for 50 cents, it ended up selling for $44.00, and that was a deal for the buyer, why you ask?, becuase it turns out that the lamp was an Isamu Noguchi original lamp, and I remeber thinking: “if this is for real… buying goods for a pennies and selling for huge profits, I am going to do this…, same thing over and over, and “failure is NOT an option”. So, I began searching for additional sources of quality unique goods, items that have a universal popular appeal, or one of kind items, and have been amazed at the success.
No more Network Marketing, no more MLM, no more jumping from one money making scheme to another, I was making money, instead of waisting it on pipe dreams.
These days I am very selective about the business ventures that I spend time on.
This blog is dedicated to the real-life experiences, failures, and successes that I can say are worth spending time on.
The rest is history. In the past 12 years, my dreams been realized. I am so thankful for the financial blessings and good fortune I have found with my home-based business ventures, although my goals have changed a bit. I have found that how hard I work is directly proportional to how much money I make. Sometimes I get lazy and loose focus, and make less, although many of my business systems are automated, and some of those systems are cash cows.
I know Success is not merely financial. I look forward to the friendships I share with others who have the same desire for success. For me, success is about building relationships with other people. After all, I still believe that the best is yet to come
It has been years since I started planning, and now I have been creating wealth for myself and my family. I was having so much fun the time has flown by. I now get some sort of payment in the mail, or in my online account ON A DAILY BASIS.
This year I am starting the next phase of my business…, and that is to help others create wealth from home, and have a blast along the way.
With the economic conditions as they are, the internet is still one the best mediums for launching your own business.
In the coming days, months and years I have decided to share the ways I make money. You ask why, why not, after all like the saying “there are plenty of fish in the sea”, this catchy phrase applies to online marketing as well. I will reveal right here on my blog the best ways I have found to help you generate multiple streams of income.
I encourage you to get started now, but take heed and only focus on one, or at the most two business ventures at a time, otherwise you will get lost in the vast amount of information being thrown at you.
