Why it might be a killer
It enables professionals to network and find a true sense of kinship.
What it does
In a nutshell, TribeHQ is an online destination that enables occupational tribalism. In case you wonder what that expression means, it refers to professionals that group together in order to expand their fields of expertise and advance their professions.
Members of a tribe can not only find support and develop bonds with other professionals, but they can actually engage into conversation with employers about jobs that would minutely match their abilities.
In addition to that, TribeHQ is a site that can be employed as a recruitment platform since employers can have a good understanding of any person’s skills and professional experience. This candidate base also makes for the automatic matching of jobs, not to mention providing employers and employees with a framework where they can interact with each other and ask any question that might arise.
It can’t be denied that in times of economic uncertainty liken these we all need support and/or some contacts we can rely upon. This site fulfils that role, and it let professionals congregate and unite with those that share their interests, vision and beliefs.
